Level 1
Level 1 membership provides you access to the live classes 1x/week and access to the class library. The classes will be recorded and added to a library so you may watch them at a later time and date.This level is designed for someone wishing to participate and learn in a group setting. Price = $59/month.
Level 2
Level 2 membership includes weekly video lessons from Nate with assigned homework exercises. This level of membership is designed to take you through identifying range of motion asymmetries and fixing them using corrective exercise homework. Each week there will be new content to move you forward through the process. Price = $79/month.
Level 3
Level 3 membership includes everything in Level 1 (live Zoom classes) plus Level 2 access to the do it yourself lessons and homework. The live classes will be recorded and added to a library so you may watch them at a later time and date. Each live class will focus on different areas of the body and different range of motion asymmetries. Price = $99/month.
