Level 3 membership includes everything in Level 1 (weekly video lessons and assigned homework exercises) plus access to live Zoom classes 2x/week. The classes will be recorded and added to a library so you may watch them at a later time and date. Each live class will focus on different areas of the body and different range of motion asymmetries. Price = $99/month.
